2009 World Book Day was a huge success.  Children and staff came to school dressed as their favourite book character - the school was a vision of colour
.
Teachers changed classes around the school to read stories to different children.  Miss Bowden had the difficult job of choosing 1 boy and girl winner from each class for best costume. 

 Teachers brought a bag containing clues to a favourite story/book which were the whole school guessed during our special assembly. 

In the afternoon all classes decorated their classrooms as a childrens book.  We all went on a parade around the school celebrating our work.
