What have we achieved?

	Over 4,000 adults and 6,500 children & young people participated in our activities throughout the year – growing every year!
	Bro Dysg (Rhondda Cynon Taf Community Consortium for Education and Training) has established an unique Post 16 digital prospectus informing current and prospective Post 16 learners of learning opportunities within the Borough – ‘www.rctyourfuture.org’ – with circa 4000 ‘hits’ in March alone
	Undertaken a range of joint partnership projects including: Changing Tracks Count Me In Video Conferencing in 7 schools Bilingual AS Digital Science project Welsh Medium Partnership
	Consulted on our Informal Learning Strategy, which formed the basis of the Informal Learning Charter
	Excellent inspection reports from Estyn.
	Established an apprenticeship youthwork project enabling 6 new youth workers to train on the job
	Supporting 3 District Youth Fora and the County Borough Youth Council
	Secured £743K of Objective 1 funding for 2 Youthwork projects
	Worked in a wide range of communities in many different but accessible ways
