- Duane Rees achieves a place during
Britain v France 2 competition
In
the individual fights Duane fought in the first round and he won that round,
in the second round he fought Sarah Coates from Cardinal Newman School, which
he was not very happy with because he liked her but he won that round. In the
third round he fought a French guy, that round was very easy because Duane was
a 1st brown belt and the French guy was a 2nd green belt so that was a flawless
victory. In the final round Duane fought an English guy (one of his friends)
that round was a very good fight, he lost by one point so he came 2nd.
