What have we achieved?

	Despite being a newly established unit and still in our infancy we have forged links with our service users and developed a foundation for us to continue to build on
	Raised the profile of Performance Management and Management Information needs throughout the Group to ensure effective, more open measurement of performance
	Developed and supported data collection systems to ensure more efficient, accurate performance reporting
	Provided timely and accurate statistical and performance indicator information for statutory returns
	Prepared and distributed over 15,000 questionnaires to a wide range of people including services users, parents, service providers, staff, Members and other organisations
	Supported three Best Value Reviews, two of which were running in parallel, including assisting with the areas of consultation, comparison & the process
	Continued to improve communication within the Group, maintaining the Children’s Services and establishing an Education staff newsletter
