Unit is here to help. From collection of data or calculation
of performance indicators, to consultation with users,
we can provide support, advice or project management.

and supported data collection systems to ensure
more efficient, accurate performance reporting |

Provided
timely and accurate statistical and performance
indicator information for statutory returns

Prepared
and distributed over 15,000 questionnaires to a
wide range of people including services users,
parents, service providers, staff, Members and
other organisations |

Supported
three Best Value Reviews, two of which were running
in parallel, including assisting with the areas
of consultation, comparison & the process |

Continued
to improve communication within the Group, maintaining
the Children’s Services and establishing
an Education staff newsletter |
