	99% of service purchasers expressed satisfaction with the LSS
	100% satisfaction was expressed regarding INSET provided by the LSS
	98% of service purchasers agreed that the LSS contributes to raising literacy standards
	87% of primary schools accessed the LSS by signing a Service Level Agreement during the academic year 2001 / 2002
	100% of inspection reports found the work of the Language Support Teacher to be satisfactory or above
	Additional accredited SEN qualifications have been successfully completed by six Language Support Teachers
	Booklets and advice sheets have been produced to enhance the skills of Language Support Teachers when communicating with schools, parents / carers
