What have we achieved?

	Provided support services for 945 pupils in a variety of settings, following referrals
	Improved the effectiveness and efficiency of our referral system, responding to 100% of referrals received in 10 working days
	Realigned resources to improve provision for pupils on the Autistic Spectrum
	Improved the level of support available to pupils with Speech and Language disorders through the provision of Language Support Assistants
	Provided a range of training for 100 support assistants, including literacy, numeracy and behaviour management courses
	Established a disability sports forum to provide sporting opportunities for pupils with a range of special needs
	Continued to improve communication with schools and staff with the establishment of a termly Learning Support Service newsletter
